Missed Your Delivery? Here's What Happens Next

If you've missed your delivery, don’t worry - we’re here to help get your gifts to you as smoothly as possible.

🚚 What Happens When You Miss a Delivery:

Our courier partner, DPD, will usually attempt to redeliver your parcels on the next working day.

If this second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, your gifts will be returned to our warehouse. Once they arrive back with us, a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch to help reorganise your delivery for a date that suits you.

🔍 Things You Can Do:

  • Check your tracking with DPD using the link sent by email or text – this will show the latest updates on each parcel.

  • Verify how many parcels were due using the labels on your boxes (e.g., “1 of 3”) or your tracking page.

  • If anything seems unclear or incomplete, just reach out to us for help.

🔁 Reorganising Your Delivery:

Once your gifts have returned to our warehouse, we’ll hold onto them safely and reach out to get a new delivery date booked with you. Please note that depending on how long it takes for items to be returned, this may take a few working days.

If your contact details with DPD (email or phone number) were incorrect or missing at the time of dispatch, this may also prevent you from receiving updates. Let our Customer Care team know if you'd like these updated for future deliveries.
