How do I update my account details?

Need to make changes to your wedding date or delivery address? You can easily manage some of your key account details in your Prezola dashboard.

📍 Where to update your details

Head to the Settings area of your account dashboard to:

  • ✏️ Change your wedding or occasion date

  • 🏡 Update your delivery address
    (Before placing any orders – especially direct delivery items)

These changes can be made directly without needing to contact our team.

🚚 Important: Direct Delivery Orders

If you've already placed an order that includes a direct delivery item, you’ll need to get in touch with our Customer Services team as soon as possible.
Once a direct delivery gift is ordered, it may be sent straight from our supplier, so it’s important we update the address before dispatch to avoid the gift being sent to the wrong location.
