How do I cancel an order?

If you’ve changed your mind or an item is out of stock, cancelling your order with Prezola is simple. Here’s how it works:

👉 Cancelling an out of stock item:

You can cancel any items showing as Out of Stock directly from the Track Orders page of your dashboard.

To do this:

  1. Go to your Track Orders page.

  2. Find the out-of-stock item(s).

  3. Click the Cancel link shown under the product.

  4. Confirm your choice to complete the cancellation.

Once cancelled, the amount will be credited back to your Prezola account balance to use towards another gift from our Branded Partners collection.


📝 Want to cancel an item that isn’t out of stock?

No problem! While these can’t be cancelled directly via your dashboard, our Customer Service team can help. Just reach out and let us know which items you'd like to cancel, and we’ll take care of the rest.


🔄 After cancellation:

  • Your credited amount will be available immediately.

  • You can use it to select something new right away or wait for inspiration to strike!

  • Credits are only valid on gifts from our Branded Partners (not experiences or vouchers).
