We’re really sorry if any of your gifts have arrived damaged. We aim to ensure every parcel is delivered in perfect condition, but on rare occasions, items may break in transit. If this happens, we’re here to help resolve it quickly.
🚨 Reporting a Damaged Delivery
If you receive a gift that’s damaged (e.g., broken ceramics, glassware), please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible - ideally within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

- Your full name and order number (or gift list number)
- A description of the damaged item(s)
- Clear photos showing the damage and the packaging it arrived in
- Whether you’d prefer a replacement or credit to choose something else

- We’ll confirm whether we’re able to send a replacement or offer credit to your account.
- If approved, your replacement will be shipped as soon as possible, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

- If the item is no longer available, we’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative.
