Can I exchange a gift now that it’s been delivered?

Summary: If you've received a gift and would prefer something else, we do offer a return and credit process to help you exchange it. We want you to be completely happy with your chosen gifts, so we're here to guide you through returning any item you’d like to swap.

How to Return a Delivered Gift

- Items must be returned within 14 days of contacting our team.

- Returns should be sent using a tracked delivery method to ensure safe arrival.

- Please do not attach labels directly to the original product packaging. Items must be placed inside a larger protective box.

- All items must be returned in resalable condition and in their original packaging.

- We are unable to accept returns that arrive damaged or without proper packaging.

Include the Following in Your Return Package

- Your Gift List Number

- Your Full Names

- Your Returns Reference Number (RMA) provided by our customer service team

After Your Return Arrives

- Once received, our Returns Team will inspect the item.

- If all is in order, a credit will be added to your account.

- This credit can be used to choose something new from our website.

- Please allow 5–10 working days for your return to be processed.

- We regret that we cannot exchange gifts for cash value.
