What Happens When an Item Becomes Out of Stock?

- You'll be notified via your Prezola dashboard if any item on your list becomes unavailable.

- You can then decide how to proceed with managing that item.

Your Options

Prezola provides multiple ways to handle unavailable gifts:

- Choose a suitable alternative from our wide range of branded products.

- Remove the item from your list if you no longer wish to receive it.

- Select a different gift that better suits your current needs.

If You Have Your Heart Set on the Original Gift

If you really want the specific item that is currently out of stock, we recommend you still place the order.

- This will essentially act as a pre-order.

- Our team continually monitors stock with our suppliers.

- Once the item becomes available again, we’ll prioritise placing your order immediately to ensure timely delivery.
