Out-of-Stock or Discontinued Items

- If a gift becomes unavailable or is discontinued before being ordered, we’ll alert you in the 'Get your gifts' section of your dashboard.

- Our team will assist you in finding suitable alternatives that are in stock and ready to order.

- If you prefer not to choose an alternative right away, the value of the gift will be added back to your Product Funds balance.

Using Your Product Funds

Product Funds can be used toward any other item(s) available from our curated range of Branded Partners. You can continue browsing and place an order whenever you're ready.
