When Can We Schedule Delivery?

You’ll be able to schedule delivery once your gifts begin arriving at our warehouse. At that point, you’ll see a banner on the ‘Get your gifts' page in your dashboard prompting you to book delivery.

How to Book Your Delivery

Here’s how to schedule your gift delivery:

1. Log in to your Prezola account.

2. Go to your dashboard.

3. Navigate to the 'Get your gifts' section.

4. Look for the banner inviting you to book a delivery.

5. Click the 'Book a delivery' button.

6. Choose a delivery date that suits you.

7. Confirm your delivery address, we’ll handle the rest!

UK Delivery Options and Tracking

- We offer two free UK deliveries, so you can choose to receive gifts in one or two batches.

- Saturday deliveries are available for added flexibility.

- All deliveries are managed by DPD, who will send you full tracking details once your gifts have been dispatched.

How to Schedule an International Delivery

Prezola can ship gifts anywhere in the world. However, international deliveries are handled a bit differently:

1. Once you request delivery via your dashboard, our team will begin the international shipping process – We usually ask you to wait until all gifts have arrived to make this more cost-effective for you.

2. We’ll provide a shipping quote based on your delivery address and the size/weight of the items.

3. You’ll receive full details outlining any shipping fees or import charges.

4. If you’re happy with the quote, and once any necessary payments have been made, we’ll dispatch your gifts.

5. Many international shipments arrive within 10 working days of dispatch. This can vary based on destination and customs processing.

Our team is here to make international shipping as smooth and stress-free as possible.

When Will My Gifts Arrive?

Most gifts arrive at our warehouse within 4–8 weeks of being ordered. The delivery process is timed perfectly to follow your wedding or honeymoon, making it a seamless experience.
