When Are Guests Notified?
Guests receive a confirmation email when they purchase a gift from your wedding list. This email includes their gift details and confirmation that it has been registered to your account.
Are Guests Notified of Orders or Delivery?
No. Guests are not notified when:
- You place an order for their gift
- The gift is shipped or delivered to you
Prezola only communicates delivery or fulfilment information to guests if you explicitly give us permission to do so.
What If You Choose Not to Receive a Gift?
If you decide to exchange a guest’s gift for another item, they will not be informed of this change. In the Thank You Manager, the gift will still show as what the guest originally purchased, helping you thank them appropriately, regardless of any adjustments you’ve made.
Managing Guest Notifications
You can manage how you communicate with your guests via your dashboard. This includes accessing your list's unique URL and QR code, and seeing who has pledged gifts. If you upload your guest details, guests can receive up to three system-generated messages and can opt out of these at any time.
