Can guests track the delivery status of their purchased gifts?

While guests do receive a purchase confirmation email when they contribute to your gift list, they do not have access to real-time delivery tracking of the gift. This is because:

  • 🎁 All gifts are managed and delivered through the couple’s Wedding Shop account, and the couple controls when and how gifts are delivered.

  • 🔐 For data protection and privacy reasons, we’re unable to share delivery updates or order details with guests without the couple’s explicit permission.

✅ What guests do receive:

  • A purchase confirmation email, including gift details and a personal message (if added).

  • The option to add a commemorative message card (£2.99), which is sent to the couple after the wedding.

  • Reassurance that their gift is securely stored and managed until the couple is ready to take delivery.

If a guest is unsure whether their gift has been received or changed, we always recommend they contact the couple directly, as we will confirm with them before sharing any delivery updates.
