We understand how important your delivery is, and it can be concerning to only receive part of your expected order. If you’ve received one parcel but are expecting more, here’s why this may have happened and what to do next:
✅ Multiple Boxes – One Delivery
When your gifts are dispatched from our warehouse, they may be packed across multiple boxes depending on the size and quantity of your items. All of these boxes are sent out at the same time via our delivery partner, DPD.
🚚 Parcels May Arrive Separately
DPD sorts and routes packages based on logistics and driver routes. This means your boxes might:
-
Be split up during the delivery process
-
Travel on different vans
-
Arrive at slightly different times on the same day
🔍 How to Track Remaining Parcels
-
Check your tracking link: Refer to your DPD tracking email or text message.
-
Look at the parcel label: Each box label will show how many boxes are in your delivery (e.g. “1 of 3”, “2 of 3”, etc.).
-
Confirm the delivery status of all boxes: Some parcels may still be out for delivery.
📞 What to Do if Not All Parcels Arrive
If your tracking shows that all parcels have been delivered but you’re still missing something:
-
Please contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected] or via Live Chat.
-
We’ll investigate with DPD and provide a swift resolution.
We’re here to ensure you receive every part of your special delivery safely and on time 💝
🤖 Chatbot Summary (Guest-Facing):
If you’ve only received part of your delivery, it’s likely that your order was shipped in multiple boxes. Our courier partner DPD may split the parcels during the sorting process, meaning boxes can arrive separately - even on different vans. Please check your tracking details to confirm how many boxes are on the way (e.g. 1 of 3). If your tracking shows all parcels have been delivered, but something is still missing, contact our Customer Care Team, and we’ll be happy to investigate for you.
