How to Check for Unscheduled Deliveries
- Head to the 'Get your gifts' section of your Prezola dashboard.
- If there are deliveries waiting to be booked, a banner will appear advising you to book your delivery.
- Click the 'Book a delivery' button to begin the process.
How to Schedule a Delivery
1. Log in to your Prezola account.
2. Navigate to the 'Get your gifts' page.
3. Select ‘Book a delivery’.
4. Choose a delivery date that works best for you.
5. Confirm your address and submit your booking.
You’ll receive confirmation and tracking details from DPD once your delivery is dispatched.
International Deliveries
- For international deliveries, scheduling works slightly differently.
- Once you submit your delivery request, our team will prepare a shipping quote.
- After you approve and pay, your gifts will be dispatched, and tracking information will follow.
- Delivery times vary by country, but most arrive within 10 working days.
Important Notes
- We recommend booking deliveries as soon as gifts are available to avoid delays.
- Two free UK deliveries are included.
- Items marked for direct delivery are automatically shipped and won’t require manual booking.
