Summary: Guests are not notified when a gift is delivered. All delivery communications are managed with the couple, who choose when and where to receive their gifts.

What Happens After I Purchase a Gift?

- You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.

- The couple will receive a notification on their Prezola dashboard with details of your gift and your message.

- No delivery is scheduled until the couple chooses their delivery date, this is often after their wedding on their selected #PrezolaDay.

Will I Get a Delivery Notification?

No, guests are not notified when the gift is physically delivered. All logistics are handled directly with the couple to suit their schedule and preferences.

Can I Find Out If the Gift Has Been Delivered?

If you’d like to check the status of a gift delivery, we can only provide that information if we receive permission from the couple. To request this, please contact our customer service team, and we will reach out to the couple on your behalf.

Rest Assured

Even though you won’t receive a delivery update, the couple will be fully informed and in control of their gift deliveries. Your thoughtful gift will be safely stored until the couple schedules their delivery.
