General Refund Policy

At Prezola, when returns are processed, the cost of the item is processed back to the originating balance pot.

Can I Receive My Refund in Cash?

Refund eligibility for cash is dependent on how the original order was processed:
- If the returned item was part of a product or promotional order, the refunded amount will be credited back as Product funds only.
- If you made an additional payment beyond the original order or paid using funds from a cash or honeymoon fund, you may be eligible for a cash refund.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

- If the item is part of a set and/or we are unable to provide a replacement for it, we may consider this option.

Refund Processing Time

Product credit will be processed by the account within 48 hours of the return being processed by our warehouse.

Should a cash fund be required, we will request your bank details and once received and processed, it should take 2-3 working days for the funds to arrive in the bank account.
