đ When Do I Receive My Items?
At Prezola, your gifts donât automatically get ordered or shipped once a guest makes a purchase â instead, youâre in control of when your gifts are ordered and delivered. Here's how the process works from start to finish:
đď¸ Step 1: Placing Your Order
Once your guests begin purchasing gifts from your list (also known as pledging), the cost of the items becomes available for you to use to place an order. Youâll need to manually confirm which gifts you'd like to receive.
How to place your order:

Log into your Prezola account.

Head to the âGet Your Giftsâ section of your dashboard.

Add the items you'd like to receive to your gift list.

Visit the âPlace Orderâ page to review your selection.

Confirm your order and weâll begin securing your gifts from our suppliers.
Tip: Itâs a good idea to place orders as soon as possible after items are pledged to avoid delays or the risk of items going out of stock.
đŚ Step 2: How to Track the Progress of Your Order
Once you've placed your order, it's easy to stay updated on the status of your gifts through your Prezola dashboard. Here's how:

Head to the 'Get Your Gifts' section of your dashboard.

Click on âTrack Orderâ to view the real-time status of your gifts.
This page will show you:

â Which gifts have been ordered and received into our warehouse

đ Which items are still in transit from our brand partners

đ When gifts are ready for delivery

đŚ Any outstanding items not yet fulfilled

đ A banner notification when gifts are ready for delivery, prompting you to book a delivery date
đ Step 3: Booking Your Delivery
Once your ordered gifts arrive at our warehouse, youâll be able to schedule your delivery.
How to book your delivery:

Youâll see a banner on your dashboard once gifts have arrived.

Head to the âGet Your Giftsâ section and click âBook a Deliveryâ.

Select a delivery date that suits you.

We'll take care of the rest!
Good to Know:

We offer two complimentary UK deliveries.

Deliveries are handled by DPD, who will provide full tracking and a four-digit delivery PIN for added security.

Saturday delivery is available at no extra cost!

Delivery Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your delivery is booked and dispatched, youâll receive tracking details directly from DPD, our delivery partner.

On the day of your delivery, DPD will send a 4-digit security PIN via SMS or email. Please make sure to share this PIN with the delivery driver to ensure a secure handover.
đ International Deliveries
If you're based outside the UK, international deliveries are handled a bit differently:

Once you request an international delivery, our team will begin the quotation process to calculate shipping costs.

If you're happy with the quote and any payments have been processed, your gifts will be dispatched â many deliveries arrive within 10 working days of dispatch.

Your gifts are only sent once you confirm and place an order.

If your delivery has already been scheduled, changes must be requested at least 48 hours before dispatch.
