We completely understand that waiting for your gifts can be frustrating — especially when you’re excited to start using them! Here’s why delivery might be taking longer than you expect, and what’s happening behind the scenes:


💡 How Prezola Works (We’re Not a Traditional Retailer)

Prezola is designed to work around you — your wedding, your guests, and your gifting preferences. We don’t operate like a typical retailer that holds stock and ships immediately. Instead, we:

  • Secure gifts to order from our trusted suppliers only once you’ve confirmed what you want to receive.

  • Work closely with a wide range of branded partners to coordinate shipments into our warehouse.

  • Allow couples to choose exactly when they want their delivery (aka your #PrezolaDay), rather than forcing a fixed schedule.


⏳ Typical Gift Timeline

Most couples wait until after their wedding to finalise their gift list and delivery. From there, here’s what to expect:

  • Products typically arrive into our warehouse 4–8 weeks after you place your order

  • You’ll be notified when gifts arrive and are ready to be delivered

  • You choose your own delivery day via your dashboard

  • If an item is out of stock or delayed, we’ll flag it for you on your dashboard


🔍 Why Some Items Take Longer

Some items may take more time depending on:

  • Stock availability at the supplier

  • Supplier lead times (some brands ship less frequently)

  • Whether you’ve included custom or made-to-order gifts

We are in constant contact with our suppliers and we work hard to keep your dashboard up to date with the most current information we receive. If anything changes — like a delay or stock update — we’ll reflect that in your account as soon as possible.


✅ What You Can Do

  • Track your order: Log in and head to the Track Orders section of your dashboard to see what’s arrived and what’s still on its way.

  • Check your delivery status: You’ll see which gifts are available and can book your delivery slot directly.

  • Still waiting? If it’s been longer than 8 weeks or you’re concerned about a specific item, our Customer Service team is always happy to help.
