Once you've placed your order, our team will begin working with our suppliers to secure each of your wonderful gifts. As The Wedding Shop does not hold stock, gifts are ordered and arrive at our warehouse over time.
To keep track of what has arrived, simply use your ‘Track Order’ page within the ‘Order Gifts’ section of your account.
🔍 What You’ll See On Your ‘Track Order’ Page:
Each item in your order will be shown with a status that reflects its progress. Here’s what the statuses mean:

On Order - Your gifts have been ordered and are on their way to our warehouse.

In Warehouse - Great news! These gifts have arrived at our warehouse and are ready for delivery.

Out of Stock - The item is currently unavailable from the supplier. You can wait or choose to cancel and select something else.

Dispatched - The item has been packed and is on its way to you via courier.

Delivered - These gifts have been delivered to you.

Voucher Emailed - Your vouchers have been sent via email. Some vouchers are sent directly from the brand.

Direct Delivery - Your gift is or will be delivered directly to you by the supplier. You’ll be contacted to confirm your delivery.
You may also see estimated arrival dates for gifts still on the way or restock dates for out-of-stock items.
📦 Filter to See What’s in the Warehouse
To quickly view what’s ready for delivery, use the filter at the top of your Track Order page and select ‘In Warehouse’. This is the easiest way to see which gifts are ready to go.
🚚 Ready to Receive Your Gifts?
When you’re ready, just click the ‘Book a Delivery’ button right on this page. You can choose to:

Book delivery now for gifts that are in the warehouse, or

Wait until more gifts arrive and book everything together
💡 Pro Tip:
If you’ve ordered an item that’s out of stock, you can cancel it if you’d prefer not to wait. However, by keeping the item on order, you’ll be first in line to receive it as soon as new stock arrives at our warehouse.

You can track which items have arrived in the warehouse by visiting the ‘Track Order’ page in the ‘Order Gifts’ section of your account. Each gift shows a status such as In Warehouse, On Order, or Out of Stock. Use the filter to view only items marked as In Warehouse. You can also book a delivery directly from this page once you’re ready. If any items are out of stock, you’ll have the option to cancel or wait - keeping them on order secures your spot once they return to stock.
