Why is the expected arrival date in the past?

Audience: Couples

Summary: Sometimes, you might spot an expected arrival date that’s already passed on your Track Orders page. Here’s what that means and what to expect.

Why this happens

From time to time, gifts may take a little longer than expected to arrive or be processed at our warehouse. This could be due to:

  • Minor delays in shipping from our branded partners

  • Items taking longer to be checked in and processed by our warehouse team

  • Suppliers experiencing stock or fulfilment delays

In these cases, the expected date may appear in the past until we receive updated info.

What we're doing

Rest assured - we’re in regular contact with our suppliers, and your Track Orders page will be updated as soon as we receive a new estimate.

You don't need to do anything, but if you’d like more information in the meantime, our Customer Service team is always happy to help.

Handy tip

To get the most up-to-date view of your order, keep checking your Track Orders page. You can even filter by status to easily see what's in the warehouse and ready to go!
