Can I get a delivery confirmation or tracking update?

Summary: Yes, couples will receive delivery confirmation and tracking information once their gifts have been dispatched. You can manage and view the full status of your gifts via your Prezola dashboard.

How Delivery Confirmation Works

- When you book your gift delivery via the 'Get your gifts' page, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date.

- Once your delivery is scheduled and dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation from DPD, our delivery partner.

- On the day of delivery, DPD will send:

  - A delivery time window

  - A four-digit PIN you’ll need to provide to the driver to securely receive your gifts

How to Track Your Delivery

- Visit your Prezola dashboard and go to the 'Track Orders' section.

- This will show:

  - Which items are still being processed

  - Which have been delivered

  - Any direct delivery items shipped directly from suppliers

- DPD will provide full tracking details for warehouse-dispatched items once they leave us.

International Deliveries

- For international shipments, once a delivery request is submitted, our team will provide a shipping quote.

- After approval and payment, we’ll dispatch the items and share tracking details.

- Most international deliveries arrive within 10 working days of dispatch.
