Steps to Track Gift Delivery

1. Visit the 'Track Orders' section of your Prezola dashboard.

2. This page will show you:

- Which gifts have already been delivered

- Which gifts are still in transit

- Your upcoming scheduled delivery date (known as #PrezolaDay)

Additional Information

- We offer two free UK deliveries as part of our service.

- Direct delivery items will be automatically ordered and shipped directly from our suppliers.

- Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details directly from DPD on the day of delivery.

- Delivery is typically scheduled after your wedding on a date chosen by you—your #PrezolaDay.
