Your Order Status Explained

Once you’ve placed your order, you can keep track of your gifts and vouchers using the Track Orders page in your dashboard. This page is your go-to spot for staying in the loop with what’s arriving, when, and how.
 

You’ll see different statuses next to each item in your order. Here’s what they all mean:

🟡 On order

Your gifts have been ordered from our branded partners and are on their way to our warehouse. We don’t hold stock, so we place each order directly with the supplier. Once they have confirmed that your order is on the way to us, we'll display a date by which each gift is expected to arrive at our warehouse.

🟢 In warehouse

Great news - your gifts have arrived at our warehouse and are ready to be delivered! You can book one of your two free UK deliveries for these items now, or wait until more arrive and have everything sent together.

🔴 Out of stock

Unfortunately, this gift is currently out of stock with our branded partner. You can either choose to wait for it to become available again or cancel the gift and select an alternative. We will display a back-in-stock date so you can decide if you are happy to wait. If not, you can cancel this order at any time. 

📦 Dispatched for delivery

Your gifts have been carefully picked and packed by our warehouse team and are now on their way to you via one of our trusted couriers.

✅ Delivered

Your gifts have successfully reached you - enjoy the unboxing!

💌 Voucher emailed

Your voucher has been sent to your inbox. In many cases, it will come directly from the supplier, so make sure to check your spam/junk folders too.

🚚 Direct delivery

This gift will be delivered to you directly by the brand partner. They’ll contact you via email to confirm the delivery date when your gift is ready for dispatch. Keep an eye out for updates from them.
 


🔍 How to Track and Filter Your Orders

To manage and monitor your gifts:

  1. Log in to your Prezola account.

  2. Head to Track Orders in your dashboard.

  3. Use the filters to view gifts by their current status - for example, select “In warehouse” to quickly see what’s ready for delivery.

  4. From here, you can also book your delivery or take action on items (such as cancelling an out-of-stock gift).
